Welcome. These terms set out the simple ground rules for using our website, ordering fresh fruit delivery and shopping with us. By doing so, you agree to what's written here.
When you place an order we'll do our best to deliver it on your chosen date. If your plans change, please let us know as early as you can so we can adjust the delivery. We may reschedule if you're not available without hearing from you.
Menu items and prices are shown in good faith and may change from time to time as our fresh fruit, berries and seasonal produce vary. If something you've ordered is unavailable, we'll always suggest the closest, freshest alternative.
For bulk orders of watermelon, grapes or mixed selections we ask for a few days' notice and may take a deposit. If you need to cancel, get in touch as soon as possible and we'll be as flexible as we reasonably can.
You're welcome to browse and share our pages. Please don't copy our content, branding or photography for commercial use without asking us first.
We take real care over everything we deliver and every detail on this site, but we can't promise the website will always be free of errors or interruptions. If something looks wrong, tell us and we'll put it right.
